Stepping in a new direction, Carolyn Marie's newest project is her self-titled debut album. The songs and videos have a modern twist on 80’s rock reminiscent of Joan Jett and Pat Benatar with dance moves like Michael Jackson. Two singles off the album, "Man Eater” and "Wanna Be Cool” premiered to rave reviews on Popdust. With this brand new moody vibe, the album was written and produced by Carolyn Marie and her guitarist, Zach Loss. It was recorded with Grammy Award winner Cooper Anderson, and mixed by the multi-platinum Ken Lewis. It's innovative, edgy, and honest, and it is anticipated to be her best work yet.
